What you will do in this role:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients on psychological, emotional, or substance abuse issues.
• Participate actively in treatment planning.
• Provide family counseling sessions to facilitate communication and involvement of family members and support groups.
• Maintain open communication with clients, families, and referral sources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling, with relevant state licensure.
• Experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• Current unencumbered clinical license according to state practice guidelines.
• CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment.
