Job summary

Allegheny Health Network, part of Highmark Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 6 North Inpatient Surgical Med Surg unit in Monroeville. You will provide preoperative and postoperative nursing care on a 43-bed unit and collaborate with trauma and surgical teams.

The role requires PA RN licensure (or multi-state eNLC), CPR certification, and adherence to HIPAA and privacy policies. You will participate in quality initiatives and patient safety efforts across the hospital system.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state license via eNLC.
• CPR certification is required.
• Compliance with HIPAA and privacy rules and background clearances as specified (Act 34, Act 33, Act 73, FBI).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership on the 6 North nursing unit and acts as a role model for the team.
