Job summary

Prestige Healthcare Resources, Inc. seeks a Program Director to lead the Inpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment program across DC-area facilities.

You will oversee operations, ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, and drive quality care through clinical oversight and performance metrics. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a clinical field, active licensure, and 5+ years in community-based behavioral health or SUD settings, with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in clinical field; licensure preferred.
• Experience leading behavioral health/SUD programs is essential.
• Knowledge of ASAM levels and regulatory standards is required.
• Experience with DC government resources and social services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inpatient/residential SUD program operations and outcomes.
• Develop policies and ensure regulatory licensing and accreditation compliance.
• Supervise Clinical Director and senior staff; ensure high-quality treatment planning.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and collaboration with leadership on contracts and grants.
• Represent the program in regulatory meetings and community partnerships.
