Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers in Colorado is seeking a Therapist (LPCC, LPC, or LCSW) to join our inpatient SUD program with mental health exposure. This full-time role runs Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and offers a compensation range of $75K-$85K depending on experience and credentials.

You will be the primary clinician for patients in SUD with cross-exposure to mental health, working in a 60-bed full-continuum facility with a collaborative team and opportunities for ongoing training

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a qualifying field and Colorado license required.
• Two years of clinical experience in behavioral health/SUD preferred.
• EMDR or trauma certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments (ASAM, biopsychosocial) and complete documentation.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy per program standards.
• Present progress at treatment team meetings and coordinate levels of care.
• Complete ASAM documentation for admission, stays, transfers, discharge.
• Engage families and support systems through sessions.
• Maintain timely clinical records meeting standards.
• Participate in supervision, QA initiatives, and professional development.
