Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers in Lake Worth, FL seeks a Therapist (Master’s, Registered Intern, or Fully Licensed) to work on-site with detox, residential, and PHP programs. You will deliver individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans for a high-needs patient population.

Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, receive supervision toward Florida licensure, and enjoy comprehensive benefits including insurance,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a human services field.
• Knowledge of confidentiality regulations and Joint Commission standards.
• Ability to work with complex clinical and psychosocial needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services across substance use and mental health tracks.
• Conduct ASAM and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Document and maintain clinical records per standards.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Lead process groups and participate in reviews and staffing.
• Coordinate aftercare planning and connect patients with resources.
