Encompass Health in North Dakota is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team near Minto. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech and language challenges using advanced therapy tools and a patient-centered approach.

The role emphasizes developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize functional communication.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
