Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team and help patients overcome speech and language challenges in a supportive, home‑like setting. You will evaluate, develop, and administer personalized therapy plans, track progress, and document outcomes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across our national inpatient rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) is required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master’s degree preferred

CCC certification

Bachelor’s degree with field experience
