The role requires state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR (within 30 days if needed), and a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with related experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification is required to practice.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress and response to therapy.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
