Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology.
• Current licensure in state of practice.
• ASHA CCC Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled clinical services with goals, duration, and intensity.
• Ensure compliant documentation, billing, and scheduling.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and care teams.
• Mentor students and new hires.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care conferences.
• Engage in continuous improvement within Intermountain Operating Model.
