Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion of supervised clinical practicum as required for licensure.
• Current Ohio license or eligibility and ability to obtain prior to start.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA or eligibility to obtain within required post-hire timeframe.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and families.
• Document clinical findings and treatment in electronic health records (EHR).
• Align all duties with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
