PT Solutions in Kokomo, IN is seeking an Inpatient Rehabilitation Speech Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based care, help patients return home or advance to the next level of care, and build strong relationships with medical staff.

The role requires CCC-SLP, state licensure in SLP, and BLS certification; Clinical Fellows are welcome. Pay is $50 per hour, with PRN weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CCC-SLP approved Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday

Compensation

Pay Range: $50/hr. (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
