Job summary

UNM Hospital is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for Therapeutic Apheresis in Albuquerque. The role requires leading nursing and technical staff, assigning patient care, and ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experienced in nursing leadership and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Strategic participation in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Supervise and assign nursing personnel for the shift; monitor attendance.
• Act as a clinical resource and role model for department staff.
