Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a compassionate RN to join Marsh Main in Marshfield, WI. This part-time role offers 24 hours weekly with shift variability and room for growth within a supportive, mission-driven health system.

You’ll plan, coordinate and deliver patient care, collaborating with physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes while upholding Sanford’s values of respect, teamwork and excellence. A strong nursing foundation and licensing are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA and a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care
• Empathetically cares for patients during preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up
• Demonstrates nursing competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise
