Job summary

Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking an inpatient RN for a full-time, night-shift role. The 0.90 FTE position includes a $5.00/hour night shift differential and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing care plans, administering meds, and maintaining records.

Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS prior to orientation end. A BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as RN by state of employment or holds a multistate license.
• BLS required prior to orientation completion.
• ACLS certification required prior to end of orientation period

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention; monitor and report symptoms or changes in condition.
