Live Well Homecare is seeking a compassionate Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care on a Medical-Surgical Remote Telemetry unit. The role involves assessing needs, developing care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating outcomes to guide ongoing care.

The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address physical, psychological, cultural, and spiritual needs while ensuring safety and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
