• Reference VA Qualification Standards for nursing roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate for age-appropriate care.
• Coordinate care with focus on patient education, self-management, and satisfaction.
• Administer medications and procedures per policy and guidelines.
• Provide leadership and ensure quality care in a team setting.
• Rotate shifts including day, evening, and night as needed.
