Job summary

Diversity Group is seeking an Inpatient Staff Registered Nurse to provide and supervise direct patient care in a VA-informed setting. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care tailored to age-specific needs across the continuum of care.

The role emphasizes patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction, with collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (written and spoken) as required by VA standards.
• Graduate of a nursing program approved by ACEN/CCNE or equivalent.
• Possession of current, full, active, unrestricted nursing license in the U.S. or eligible for licensure.
• Experience or eligibility for Nurse I–III progression as per VA qualifications (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide and/or supervise direct patient care using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Coordinate care focused on patient education, self-management, and satisfaction across the continuum of care.
• Administer medications and procedures per policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve care and outcomes.
• Demonstrate leadership, professional development, and evidence-based practice.
