Qualifications

• In lieu of experience, Prisma Health accepts Nurse Residency completion or comparable residency; internal LPN option available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing plan.
• Develop and update the patient plan of care in collaboration with the health care team.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to compliance and policy procedures.
