Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required at hire.
• Washington RN license required at hire.
• 2 years acute care experience in Medical-Surgical or inpatient setting.
• 1 year care management or utilization review experience or completion of TIPS/Case Management Orientation Program.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan care for at-risk inpatients.
• Coordinate care and manage resource utilization and reviews.
• Conduct discharge planning and ensure proper documentation.
