Job summary

HumanitApp is seeking an inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to support clinical AI product work, including annotation, clinical review, and evaluation of models. This role requires a US-based RN with recent inpatient bedside experience and a broad clinical background.

The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers, PMs, and other clinicians, maintain rigorous attention to detail, and commit to at least 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• US-based / able to practice in the US
• Recent inpatient bedside RN experience
• Broad clinical exposure across inpatient populations
• Self-starter who investigates ambiguous clinical questions
• Proactive and engaged in surfacing issues and opportunities
• Rigorous and detail-oriented with clear rationale
• Curious about how product/model works and adaptable to change
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Available to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Support annotation, clinical review, model evaluation, and user-feedback investigation
• Contribute to taxonomy/guideline development and other clinical product work
• Work directly with engineers, PMs, clinical scientists, and other clinicians
