Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to deliver routine and diagnostic cardiopulmonary care to our diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Must possess and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada.
• At least a high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of one-year clinical respiratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients.
• Maintain all respiratory care equipment in working order.
• Provide phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
