Role:

Registered Nurse providing compassionate inpatient rehabilitative care to patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic and neurological conditions, and other serious illnesses or injuries.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of clinical status and recovery progress.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary rehab team.
• Administer medications and provide skilled nursing interventions aligned with patient needs.
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other team members.
• Educate patients and families on care goals, recovery processes, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and a patient-centered approach that supports independence.
• Participate in continuous learning to strengthen clinical competence and improve care delivery.
