Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician at Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI. This fulltime, nonexempt role involves preparing and maintaining treatment areas, assisting therapists, and helping transport and position patients to support rehabilitation goals.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, CPR/BCLS certification, and at least six months of experience in an acute or long-term facility, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• The Rehabilitation Technician prepares and maintains treatment areas and assists therapists during patient care.
• Transporting and positioning patients and managing therapy equipment and supplies.
• Performs routine clerical duties and ensures safety, confidentiality, and hospital policies.
