Responsibilities

• Performs patient evaluations and develops an individualized treatment plan.
• Directs and administers speech-language therapy modalities per physician orders.
• Coordinates with OT/PT staff and other clinical team members for optimal patient care.
• Documents patient progress accurately and on time in medical records.
• Participates in CQI activities and infection control and safety programs.
