Job summary

Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital - Madison is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Madison, MS. You will evaluate and treat individuals with speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders to support recovery and communication.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current SLP license with ASHA certification, and CPR certification; acute or rehab setting experience preferred.

• Current SLP license and ASHA certification required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgement required.
