Salary ranges from $77,563 to $116,334 per year, plus incentives including up to $20k hiring incentives, loan repayment up to $15k, a $10k signing bonus, and relocation up to $5k if eligible.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• SLP license in Minnesota (CFY temporary license accepted) is required.
• BLS certification and ASHA CCCs are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform evaluations and collaborate with the care team.
• Support independent therapy functions and supervise delegated therapies.
