Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Rehab Services Manager to oversee daily operations of inpatient rehabilitation for physical, occupational, speech, and pediatric therapy across campuses. The role ensures staffing, quality of service, fiscal accountability, and interdisciplinary communication; works with a counterpart on the other campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in rehab related discipline.
• 5 yrs in healthcare field and 3 to 5 yrs management experience.
• Licensed Therapist is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages professional and technical personnel, including hiring and termination, performance reviews, staff development, and payroll; plans staffing levels and coverage.
• Assists in developing annual rehab services budget and adjusts per targets.
• Represents Rehab Services Department in clinical committees and management meetings.
• Liaises between Rehab Services and other hospital departments and physicians.
• Monitors and reports on quality of rehab services through QA processes.
