Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and report any changes.
• Perform procedures as ordered by the medical provider.
• Document the administration of care in the patient medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor response.
• Maintain knowledge of medications and equipment for inpatient rehab patients.
