Job summary

Doctors Hospital of Augusta is seeking an Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) to guide patients through milestones of recovery. You will work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and implement individualized care plans aimed at maximizing independence.

The role focuses on stroke, neurological disorders, trauma, orthopedic injuries and other complex conditions requiring rehabilitative services, with a commitment to evidence-based nursing practice

Qualifications

Must hold RN license in the State of Georgia or a compact license.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to rehabilitation patients.
Develop and implement individualized care plans to maximize independence.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and function.
