Formación

• Active South Carolina or compact RN license.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Proven ability to provide patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Directs and leads other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team.
• Provide patient/family centered care focusing on physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment upholding privacy and professional behavior.
• Participates in shared governance and professional development to promote leadership and clinical excellence.
