Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time nights position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated for part-time) and the opportunity to guide patients through recovery with compassionate, individualized care.

As a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, we emphasize growth, teamwork, and state-of-the-art technology. You will supervise care, develop tailored plans, and partner with families to support meaningful, measurable recoveries.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, assess patients, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
