Aura Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for an inpatient rehabilitation facility focused on patient-centered care. You will assess patients, administer prescribed treatments, and document progress in the EHR.

Work with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized rehabilitation plans and educate patients and families about recovery strategies in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Experience or knowledge in rehabilitative or acute care settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and engage in patient education.

Aufgaben

• Assess patients recovering from stroke, brain, and spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress closely to ensure optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and recovery strategies.
• Document care and patient progress accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
