Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. in Stockton, CA invites a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will deliver professional nursing care to patients on the unit, perform assessments, implement care plans, and work with physicians and therapists to restore function and independence.

The role requires an accredited RN program completion, a current RN license, and CPR certification. ACLS is preferred for LTACH settings; one year of acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One (1) year recent experience preferred. Acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care, patient assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations to prevent complications and restore function. Integrate the hospital’s mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
