Stockton Regional Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time coverage in Stockton, California. The role focuses on patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations to prevent complications and restore function, in collaboration with physicians and therapists.

Candidates must have an accredited RN program completion, an active RN license, and CPR certification. ACLS is preferred in LTACH settings. A strong emphasis on teamwork and patient-centered care is required.

Formación

• Completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One year recent experience preferred; acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.

Responsabilidades

• Provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
• Performs patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations to prevent complications and restore function.
• Communicates and collaborates with physicians and therapists to optimize patient outcomes.
