Key responsibilities include working with the rehabilitation team and documenting patient care. Candidates should hold a current RN license, BLS certification, and ideally have 2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Current RN license with BLS certification.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Document patient care activities in real-time using Meditech.
• Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation team.
