Zusammenfassung

Cincinnati Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Clinical Liaison to coordinate referrals between internal teams and external sources and to support acute inpatient rehabilitation operations.

You will establish relationships with case coordinators, physicians, payors, and other referral sources, and ensure appropriate patient placement through clinical screenings in collaboration with Case Coordination and the Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director.

Qualifikationen

• Current clinical license and valid drivers license required.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate between internal and external referral sources and acute inpatient rehabilitation operations.
• Establish relationships with case coordinators, physicians, payors and other referral sources.
• Ensure appropriate patient placement through clinical screenings and assessments in collaboration with Case Coordination and Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director.
• Collaborate with hospital Case Coordinators and admissions team for a smooth referral and admission process.
