• Supervise PTA students and support staff involved in care
• Assist with equipment and supply needs and inventory
• Ensure patient progress is documented within time standards and reimbursement guidelines
• Meet or exceed program productivity standards
• Provide coverage within Sparrow Health System as needed
• May serve as clinical instructor for PTA students
• Participate in program development and staff orientation
• Help maintain clean, orderly treatment areas
