• Assess patient data, develop individualized care plans, implement treatments, and coordinate with families and the care team.
• Organize care and discharge planning, evaluate patient response, and adjust treatment to ensure safe, effective outcomes.
• Support and mentor staff, uphold ethical standards, and integrate research and quality-improvement findings into practice.
