Job summary

Lifepoint Health is opening PeaceHealth Springfield Rehabilitation Hospital in Oregon. We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a brand-new inpatient rehabilitation facility.

This PRN role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to high standards of physical therapy practice. You will assess patients, develop and adjust plans of care, and collaborate with therapists, physicians, and staff to achieve meaningful rehabilitation outcomes for adult and geriatric

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required or maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for patients treated by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy techs; may orient staff and students.
• Assesses patients, initiates PT interventions, collaborates with the care team.
• Observes treatment progress, updates physician as needed, and supports goal attainment.
