Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans, and administers physical therapy as prescribed.
• Develops individualized treatment plans and documents progress.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Educates patients and families on exercises and post-treatment care.
• Maintains safe, clean environment and complies with infection control policies.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Adheres to safety, documentation, and billing requirements.
