Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver inpatient rehabilitation services and support patients on their path to recovery.

You will supervise care, assess patient needs, and develop individualized treatment plans in a well-equipped setting that fosters collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state license in Physical Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
