Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support required within 30 days of start date.
• 1+ year OTA experience preferred.
• 1+ year direct inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Associate Degree in occupational therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Administer occupational therapy treatments and adapt interventions as patient needs change.
• Educate and support patients and families with recovery strategies.
• Document patient progress and contribute to care planning and team discussions.
• Collaborate with OT's to ensure safe, effective care and respond to patient status changes.
• Serve as a resource for patients, caregivers, and colleagues to foster a positive care environment.
