Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients' physical and functional status related to medical diagnosis.
• Administers assessments including sensory, manual muscle, range of motion tests.
• Sets short- and long-term therapy goals and formulates treatment plans.
• Documents patient progress and updates physician and treatment team.
• Mentors co-workers and participates as Clinical Instructor with students.
