Qualifications

• Education: Degree in occupational therapy from an accredited OT program.
• Licensure: Current occupational therapy license in State of Ohio. Maintains CEUs for licensure renewal.
• Certification: BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Experience: May be a recent graduate with a generalist background. Prefer a minimum of one-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to patients.
• Deliver direct patient care; one-to-one or group therapy.
• Monitor and report patient progress; document outcomes.
• Participate in staff management, cost management, and professional practice activities.
