Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Inpatient Rehabiltiation Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem, as-needed position at Edwin Shaw. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and directing therapy services to support return to community activities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• Certified BLS or completion within 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops, implements and adjusts treatment plans.
• Delegates and directs therapy services for assigned patients and designs functional programs for community reintegration.
• Educates patients, families, students, coworkers, and self about rehabilitation.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care and program delivery.
