Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Therapy Team Leader (RN) to guide interdisciplinary therapy services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will coordinate patient-centered rehab plans, supervise therapists and nursing staff, and ensure evidence-based, high-quality clinical care.

Responsibilities include leading team conferences, monitoring outcomes, coaching staff, and collaborating with physicians and families to support safe transitions of care.

Qualifications

• RN license required or actively pursuing licensure
• Minimum leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and care plans
