Job summary

Summa Rehabilitation Hospital of Ohio in Akron, Ohio seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time role in our inpatient rehabilitation facility. You will provide professional nursing care, perform assessments, care planning, and interventions to prevent complications and restore function. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to patient-centered outcomes.

Requirements include BSN preferred, current RN license, CPR, and acute care experience. ACLS preferred in LTACH contexts.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
• Current State Registered Nurse License required.
• Current CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit, including assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Physicians and Therapists to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
