Job summary

Rosaires Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for an inpatient rehabilitation unit to provide leadership for safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

You will coordinate day‑to‑day clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, develop care plans with the rehab team, monitor progress, and ensure regulatory compliance while serving as a bedside resource to support complex needs and promote compassionate teamwork.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with leadership and inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and care planning abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality/safety practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to mentor staff with empathy and professionalism.
