Crmchealth is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide professional nursing care using the nursing process on an assigned unit. The role assesses, treats and supports patients across cognitive, physical, emotional, and developmental dimensions, and coordinates care planning with other disciplines.

In this leadership position, you will oversee staff, assign patient care responsibilities, and coordinate with social services, case management, and other teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• BLS required upon hire or within three months.
