Job summary

Peak Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to support patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other complex medical events.

In this inpatient rehabilitation role, you’ll deliver hands‑on nursing care, monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized care plans.
